Amanda Reitmeyer, ARNP

Amanda is a highly proficient, board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile and she brings over three years of experience in diagnosing, managing and treating chronic pain conditions. She prioritizes providing compassionate and individualized care to each and every patient. Amanda is excited & eager to be returning to pain management as she finds it to be a rewarding field. She values being able to help patients find treatments and/or medications that allow them to function with less pain which gives them a better quality of life. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Amanda was an ICU nurse for over 6 years and has a background in with working with cardiac patients. Amanda was born and raised in Panama City, FL. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their new-born baby. She a cat & dog mom, she enjoys being outdoors and is passionate about prioritizing fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Teresa Winford, ARNP

Teresa Winford, ARNP

Teresa Winford, ARNP Teresa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in advanced injections, including ultrasound guided intra-articular injections. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing degree at Gulf Coast State College in 2016, she became an adjunct instructor for final semester nursing students on the cardiac unit at Bay Medical Center. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center where she expanded her clinical expertise through various roles, specializing in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Medicine. She has experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, informatics leader, vascular access team member, super user in Meditech documentation, and has twice received the Excellence in Nursing Award with additional recognition as the 2015 Nurse of the Year. Teresa became PICC and MIDLINE certified in 2017 and has always enjoyed procedural aspects of care. In 2019 she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing with a graduate focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). When not at work, Teresa enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, learning, teaching, and spending time with her crazy Catahoula, Remy. She loves being around water and can often be found hanging with friends and family near a beach. She is excited to continue her practice and is happily accepting new patients.

Dr. Robert Joseph

Dr. Robert Joseph

Dr. Joseph is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist. He attended medical school at the University of Miami and completed his internal and anesthesiology residencies at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed a pain management fellowship at Texas Tech University where he also served as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Joseph began practicing in northwest Florida and owned his own private practice from 1992 through 2024. He was honored to join Southeast Neurology & Pain Management in 2025. Additionally, Dr. Joseph is an international faculty member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and has enjoyed teaching techniques in Regenerative Medicine throughout the United States and in countries abroad. When Dr. Joseph is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their 5 children, 4 grandchildren, and his German Shepard puppy, Koda.

Jordan Williams, ARNP

Jordan Williams, ARNP

Jordan is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from Tallahassee Community College with an Associate of Science degree in nursing in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2012 from Thomas University, and a Master of Science degree in nursing from University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama in 2015. As a registered nurse, Jordan worked as a dialysis nurse and a nursing instructor. After obtaining her certification as a nurse practitioner, she worked in primary care for several years before transitioning to pain management. Jordan is passionate about providing patients with professional and compassionate care and is committed to improving the lives of others. Jordan is a native of central FL but has lived her adult life in north FL and South GA. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and children, reading, shopping, and cooking.

Regenia Hutchins, ARNP

Regenia Hutchins, ARNP

Regenia is a native to Cairo, Georgia. She earned her Associate Degree of Arts in Nursing from Southwestern University in 1984, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013, and Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2016. While obtaining her degree at Southwestern University, she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International. She is a current member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Regenia previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Archbold Hospital, where her experience included working in both the PACU and Medical/Surgical Unit. She also has experience working as a Registered Nurse at Hospice of SW Georgia, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center, and GA Lions Camp for the Blind. Regenia was also a previous Clinical Instructor with Bainbridge State College. Regenia enjoys the outdoors, beach, and family. She loves caring for people, the profession of Nursing, and being a host to Rescue for Animals. Regenia joined TPC in 2016. She is excited to be part of such a caring and collaborative team. Her greatest joy is helping people achieve a better quality of life.

Dr Timothy Ward

Dr. Ward is Board Certified by the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Board of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Ward is a South Georgia native raised in Sale City (Mitchell County). He attended Valdosta State College graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BS Degree in Biology and Chemistry (top 1% of his class). He received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, in 1980. He completed his Internship and Residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia. After his Residency, he became a clinical faculty member in the Department of Anesthesiology. Dr. Ward practiced Anesthesiology for 25 years with South GA Anesthesia Associates at Archbold Hospital. He found a need in this area for pain management in early 2000 and began practicing interventional pain medicine. Dr. Ward is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He has always been an active member of the community and the Archbold Hospital Staff. He served as Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology, Chairman of the Surgery/Anesthesiology Section, the Medical Executive Board, and Archbold Chief of Staff 2005-2006, among other commitments. Dr. Ward has been a member of the First United Methodist Church since 1984, has four children and three grandchildren. He continues to enjoy the rural lifestyle of the Thomasville area that includes family, fishing, farming, tennis, and hunting. Dr. Maurice Bernaiche

Dr. Maurice Bernaiche is a board certified physician with the Board of Osteopathic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the Board of Interventional Pain Physicians, and a special certificate of proficiency by the World Institute of Pain. He treats most chronic pain issues including spinal and peripheral joint pain, chronic spinal disorders and pain conditions, neuropathies, vertebral body fracture management, occupational medicine management and sports medicine. Dr. Bernaiches’ first career was in the field of engineering, attending Maine Maritime Academy where he earned his BS degree in Marine Engineering and a minor degree in Nuclear Power Systems Management. He sailed ships around the world and designed/built submarine nuclear power systems. Turning his passion to medicine, Dr. Bernaiche returned to school to get his medical degree at the University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Michigan State University and his Fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Management at Emory University. Dr. Bernaiche played baseball, football and hockey at very competitive levels and has been the team physician for a number of amateur teams, He enjoys sailing, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, flying small aircraft, old fashion black & white movies and drive in theaters.

Julia Tjandera, ARNP

Julia Tjandera, ARNP

Julia moved to Tallahassee in early 2021 and loves calling the capital city her new home. She relocated here from South Florida where she completed her Masters Degree in Nursing and is licensed as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to this she worked for 15 years as a Registered Nurse and spent most of her time in the emergency department as was a dedicated stroke nurse. Julia works with both neurology and pain management patients at our practice. Julia’s interest in medicine and neuroscience was sparked by a personal experience from her childhood. When she was only 16 years old her father suffered a massive stroke and this paved her journey. She committed herself to a calling to provide the best quality care for her patients while always being aware of their need for compassion in their suffering. Outside of work, Julia loves spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. She also has a passion for nurturing future medical professionals and works as an adjunct faculty in the nursing department at Tallahassee Community College.

Abby Thorn, ARNP

Abby Thorn, ARNP

Abby Thorn first received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida but went back to school to pursue a career in nursing. She graduated from Florida International University in 1993 and began working in the medical field as a nurse for the United States Navy. She received her Masters in Science and certification as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife from University of California San Diego and San Diego State University in 2001. After practicing Women’s Health for many years, performing deliveries and infertility services, she transitioned to Pain Management. Abby trained and worked under Dr. George Arcos until she joined Dr. Jones in June of 2013. Abby is dedicated to giving her patients the best quality of care and the compassion that patients suffering from chronic pain need. She has been married for over twenty years and has three children. In her free time, Abby is an active member of Spanish Krewe in Springtime Tallahassee.

Bethsaida “Betsy” Lopez Gillum, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC is a board-certified acute care Nurse Practitioner and she earned her nursing degrees from the University of Florida, graduating with honors in both her bachelor’s and master’s programs. Betsy brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience spanning critical care, cardiology, emergency medicine, rural health, and pain management. She is currently completing her PhD at Florida State University, where her research focuses on women’s health and pain, particularly during midlife transitions. Betsy is known for her open-mindedness, compassion, and an evidence-informed approach to medicine. She is deeply committed to delivering honest and comprehensive care to her patients. When not at work, Betsy enjoys ocean views, family adventures, cheering on her children at their sports events, reading dystopian novels and watching military history documentaries.

Brittany is a Nurse Practitioner at Southeast Neurological. She graduated from Keiser University with an Associate’s of Science in Nursing in 2014. She then graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing in 2017. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Florida State University in 2020. She is board certified as a Family Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the State of Florida. In her early career, Brittany worked as a Registered Nurse in a Neuro intensive care unit. Her desire to become more active in her patients’ care and management lead her to obtain her Nurse Practitioner Certification to transition into the Nurse Practitioner role. Her aim is to provide high-quality and supportive health care to patients. Brittany’s hobbies include reading books, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her husband, and playing with her children. “

Jasmine Dillard, ARNP

Jasmine is a Nurse Practitioner with Southeast Neurological Specialist with a focus on Neurology. She graduated from University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Jasmine worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neurological/Trauma Intensive Care Unit. While working full time she pursued her Masters Degree in Nursing and after graduating from her Nurse Practitioner program, she worked as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to both gynecological and obstetrical patients. Since then, she has made a career change back to the world of Neurology. When Jasmine is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and son. She enjoys watching movies, reading, and traveling.

Kristen is a native of Bristol, FL. She graduated with an Associates Degree of Nursing from Chipola College. She went on to get her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Thomas University and her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. As a Registered Nurse, Kristen worked in a medical-surgical unit and in long term care. As a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in the fields of Family Medicine and Gynecology. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and watching football in the Swamp.

Brandi Cash, ARNP

Brandi is a native of Thomasville, GA. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Abraham Baldwin College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Thomas University. She then went to South University where she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and is now certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. While an RN, Brandi worked as a circulator in the operating room and spent time as an Orthopedic, Pain Management and ENT team leader. As a Nurse Practitioner, she spent several years as an ENT and Allergy practitioner prior to joining Southeast Neurology and Pain. In her free time, Brandi loves spending time with her family and she enjoys going to the beach. She works in both our Thomasville and Tallahassee locations.

Dr. Casey Orzechowicz

Dr. Casey Orzechowicz

Dr. Orzechowicz is a native of Miami, FL, and completed his undergraduate degree, a BS in Psychology with minors in Biology and Chemistry, at the University of Miami. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from St. George’s University, he served as Student Body President during medical school. He pursued an anesthesia residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, excelling in both clinical and academic training and serving as the Chief Resident as elected by his peers. Dr. Orzechowicz further specialized with a one-year interventional pain fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology. In his free time, he enjoys reading, sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Roland Jones

Dr. Roland Jones

Dr. Jones is a board certified Pain Management and Neurology specialist. He is the founder of Tallahassee Neurology Specialists. He enlisted in the US Army Field Artillery before graduating from Georgia Military College as Valedictorian. After earning his commission in the Army he served in the Military Police before medical school. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He went on to earn his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Jones completed his residency at Wilford Hall in San Antonio, TX and later served as the Chief of Neurology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He completed his Interventional Pain Fellowship at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Jones is board certified in Pain Management and Neurology. He is an Adjunct Professor for the Florida State University College of Medicine and Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Jones is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine as well as the American Academy of Neurology. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys playing the guitar.

BIO: Dr. Gilreath is a board-certified Neurology and Psychiatry Specialist. Originally from Rome Georgia, Dr. Gilreath completed his undergraduate studies at Berry College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He then went on to earn his Medical Degree from Augusta University School of Medicine. Dr. Gilreath completed his residency at the UF College of Medicine in Jacksonville, Fl. He is affiliated with both the American Academy of Neurology and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Although new to the Tallahassee area, Dr. Gilreath has been in practice for thirteen years during which he has acquired medical licensure in three states. In his leisure time, Dr. Gilreath enjoys working on computers, learning new things, and spending time with his family and pets.
